Idylogos Kainas Winery

Hedylogos by Kainas Winery is a semi-sweet rosé from PGI Atalanti Valley, made from Malagousia, Merlot and Syrah. It has a clear salmon colour and a delicate aromatic profile with notes of rose petals and red fruit.
Full-bodied and soft on the palate, it combines pleasant sweetness with balanced acidity and a long finish. Malagousia adds freshness and aroma, while Merlot and Syrah contribute fruit and richness. An approachable rosé with a naturally sweeter style.
Enjoy it well chilled with fresh fruit, light desserts, tarts, cheesecake and spicy or sweet-and-sour flavours. Best served at 8–10°C.
