Fteri Moschofilero by Troupis Winery is the freshest, most aromatic side of Mantinia in a glass. From vineyards at 640 meters in the Fteri area, the 100% Moschofilero is vinified at low temperatures so that it keeps all the delicacy and intensity of its aromas of night-blooming jasmine, rose, and citrus fruits. On the palate it is crisp, lively, and delightfully light, with a freshness that makes it very easy to drink either on its own or alongside pasta with basil, grilled prawns, chicken with creamy sauce, and savory pies. Behind the label is the Troupis family, which has been cultivating vines in Mantinia since the 1970s and since 2010 has been giving new life to Moschofilero through its winery in the heart of the area. It is one of those whites that bring spring to the table and make every sip feel a little brighter.
