Dum Vinum Sperum by Skouras Estate is a PGI Peloponnese dry white wine made from 100% Chardonnay, with a rich, complex and age-worthy character. On the nose, aromas of lime, orange blossom, pineapple, butter, almond and subtle minerality stand out. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex, with crisp acidity, notes of citrus, tropical fruit, vanilla and coconut, as well as a long finish. Ageing in new French oak gives it volume, depth and a creamy texture. It pairs beautifully with rich fish dishes, poultry with creamy sauces, risotto, dishes with butter or mushrooms and mature cheeses.
