Queen of Hearts by Nico Lazaridi is a white wine with a fresh, relaxed and highly enjoyable mood. It comes from the vineyards of Pangaio and cleverly plays with Roditis, Muscat of Alexandria, Assyrtiko, Chardonnay and Ugni Blanc, in a blend that combines Greek freshness with a more cosmopolitan finesse.
In the glass it has a vivid golden-yellow colour and reveals green apple, pear, white peach, citrus fruit and spring flowers. Classic white vinification at low temperature keeps the wine pure, refreshing and aromatic, without making it heavy.
On the palate it is dry, pleasant and well-balanced, with refreshing acidity, lovely structure and a light fruity finish. Open it with salads, white cheeses, grilled fish, seafood, chicken, Mediterranean small plates or pasta with vegetables. A white wine that does not ask for much in order to have a good time; it simply enters the table and instantly lifts the mood.
