Dafnios White by Douloufakis Winery is a dry white wine made from 100% Vidiano, one of Crete’s most interesting indigenous varieties. It has a fresh yet full character, with aromas of peach, apricot, quince, chamomile, jasmine and herbs. On the palate it is balanced, pleasantly creamy and aromatic, with refreshing acidity and a lovely finish. It pairs very well with fish, seafood, chicken, pork with lemon-based sauces, vegetable dishes in olive oil and light Mediterranean recipes.
