Aspros Lagos by Douloufakis Winery is a dry white wine made from 100% Vidiano, with a rich, elegant and more gastronomic character. It comes from the namesake vineyard in Dafnes, Heraklion, and barrel fermentation gives it volume, depth and subtle complexity. On the nose, aromas of apricot, citrus, white flowers, herbs and gentle oak notes stand out. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and fresh, with lovely texture and a long finish. It pairs ideally with rich fish dishes, seafood, white meats, pork, creamy sauces and mature cheeses.
