Dafnios Red by Douloufakis Winery is a PDO Dafnes dry red wine made from Liatiko, one of Crete’s most distinctive grape varieties. It has an elegant and fruity character, with aromas of fresh red fruit, herbs, flowers and subtle spices. On the palate it is refined and balanced, with medium body, good acidity, soft tannins and a pleasant finish. It pairs beautifully with lamb, meats with light sauces, slow-cooked dishes, vegetables, mushrooms and Cretan cuisine.
