Clos Stegasta Red T-Oinos

Clos Stegasta Red is a dry red wine made from 100% Mavrotragano, with a deep, expressive, and highly dynamic character that reflects the distinctive terroir of Tinos with precision. It comes from the remarkable Clos Stegasta vineyard and is vinified with a clear focus on purity of fruit and sense of place. On the nose it shows layered aromas, while on the palate it is rich, complex, and vibrant, with smooth yet precise tannins, a long finish, and very good ageing potential. Its maturation in 500-litre oak barrels for around 10 to 12 months adds depth and structure without covering the character of the variety. It pairs beautifully with red meats, game, mushroom dishes, and mature cheeses.
