Gerovassiliou Chardonnay Magnum by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry white wine in a 1.5-liter bottle, with a rich, mature and elegantly oaked character. Fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels give it volume, creamy texture and a complex aromatic expression. On the nose, notes of honey, vanilla, ripe citrus, smoke and nuts stand out, while on the palate it is full-bodied, generous and balanced, with a long finish and ageing potential. The magnum bottle makes it ideal for more special dining occasions, alongside rich fish dishes, seafood, poultry, risotto, creamy pasta and mature cheeses.
