Chardonnay Gerovasileiou Estate

Gerovassiliou Chardonnay by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry white wine, with a rich, mature and elegantly oaked character. It ferments and ages in French oak barrels, gaining volume, a creamy texture and a complex aromatic expression. On the nose, aromas of honey, vanilla, ripe citrus, smoke and nuts stand out. On the palate it is full-bodied, generous and balanced, with a long finish and ageing potential. It pairs ideally with rich fish dishes, seafood, poultry, pork with white sauces, risotto, creamy pasta and mature cheeses.
