Archegona Edafi Sofouli Vineyard by EOS Samos is a dry white wine made from Muscat of Samos, highlighting the purest, mountainous and most expressive side of the variety. It comes from the historic Sofouli vineyard and carries the distinctive character of Samos, with its rocky soils, terraces and sea breeze giving freshness, intensity and subtle minerality. On the nose, aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruit, flowers and herbs stand out, while on the palate it is dry, lively and balanced, with elegant aromatic length. It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, white meats, fresh cheeses, salads and Mediterranean dishes with a lemony or herbal touch.
