The Stala Rousa – Red Ale is a Greek Irish Red Ale from Epirus Brewery, with a warm colour, soft character and malty flavour that makes it easily drinkable. Dark copper to amber in colour, it brings to the glass aromas of caramel, roasted cereals and malt, with low hop presence and a balanced feel.
With 5.5% alcohol and a 330ml bottle, Rousa is ideal for those who want a beer that is fuller than a classic blonde, but without heavy bitterness. It pairs perfectly with burgers, pizza, grilled meats, sausages, smoked foods, fried foods and meze.
