Juliet & Romeo Pinot Noir is a dry red wine with an elegant and highly expressive character, highlighting the refined side of the variety. In the glass, it shows a ruby-red color with light cherry reflections, while the nose reveals aromas of wild red fruits, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and subtle herbal notes, along with touches of oak that add complexity.
On the palate, it is refined and balanced, with medium acidity, well-shaped tannins, and a pleasant finish reminiscent of sour cherry. Its ageing in French oak barrels for around 10 to 12 months enhances its more layered and mature character without losing its freshness and finesse. It is a red wine with elegance and depth, pairing beautifully with slow-cooked meat dishes, game, red sauces, BBQ, and mature cheeses.
