Negoska Rosé by Mikro Titos Estate is a dry rosé wine made from the indigenous Negoska variety, strongly associated with the Goumenissa region. It has a bright pale pink color and a fresh, elegant character, with aromas of pink grapefruit, strawberry, pomegranate, cranberry, citrus peel and subtle jasmine hints. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and balanced, with lively acidity and a pleasant aromatic finish. It pairs beautifully with salads, vegetable dishes in olive oil, seafood, salmon, pasta with red sauces and light Mediterranean dishes.
