Gerovassiliou Malagousia by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry white wine made from the Greek Malagousia variety, closely linked to Vangelis Gerovassiliou and its revival. It has an aromatic, elegant and pleasantly full character, with notes of pear, mango, citron, lemon and flowers. On the palate it is rich, balanced and refreshing, with lovely structure, a fruity feel and a clean finish. It pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, pasta with light sauces, salads, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
