The INTRO Rosé 2025 from Ktima Lazarou is a fuller, old-school rosé made from Agiorgitiko and Roditis, with slightly longer skin contact and a deeper colour than classic Provence-style rosés. Red fruit takes centre stage, framed by herbal notes of tomato and red pepper. On the palate, it is crisp, juicy and flavourful, with enough body to stand comfortably alongside food. A distinctly gastronomic rosé, ideal with Mediterranean dishes, grilled vegetables, cured meats and tomato-based recipes.
