Fotia Koukos Winery

Fotia by Koukos Winery combines Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in a red wine with ripe fruit and a soft texture. Aromas of red forest berries and cherry jam meet notes of oak, with the Cabernet Sauvignon spending six months in French oak barrels.

Its medium body and soft tannins make it approachable, while the velvety finish gives it length. A lovely choice when burgers, meatballs in tomato sauce or pasta with meat sauce are on the menu. Serve at 14–16°C, slightly cool, to bring out its fruit.
