Malagouzia Bio Anatolikos Vineyards is an expressive organic white wine made from 100% Malagouzia, dry in style, from Avdira, Thrace. It comes from the organic vineyard of Anatolikos Vineyards and matures for 5 months, with part of the wine remaining for a period in French oak barrels.
In the glass, it shows a golden-blonde color with green highlights, while on the nose aromas of Mediterranean herbs, chamomile, basil, and mint stand out, together with yellow fruits, white and yellow flowers, roasted lemon, passion fruit, nectarine, and subtle spicy notes with a mineral character.
On the palate, it is rich, balanced, and gastronomic, with very good acidity, maturity, and persistent duration. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, fatty fish, seafood, white meats, pork, pasta, salads, Mediterranean cuisine, and fresh cheeses. Its alcoholic strength is 12.5% vol.
