Roditis
Roditis is one of the most widely planted Greek white grape varieties, known for producing fresh white wines and traditional retsina. Though pink-skinned, it is vinified as a white grape. Roditis wines offer lively acidity, medium body, and fruity aromas of citrus, apple, melon, and white flowers. When grown at high altitudes, it can show impressive aromatic complexity and good aging potential.
