Debina
Debina is a Greek white grape variety known for its naturally high acidity, making it ideal for producing fresh and elegant sparkling wines. It creates delicate white wines with vibrant aromas of citrus, pear, and green apple. Debina is primarily cultivated in the PDO Zitsa wine region of Ioannina, at altitudes of 600–700 meters, where the cool climate enhances its crisp character and freshness.
